CVG Capital LLC is a syndication firm specializing in the acquisition of multifamily real estate. We are currently active in select markets in the southeast and midwest. Using a value-add approach, we are focused on strategically acquiring quality assets that provide reliable passive returns to our investors. We are committed to building a profitable and sustainable portfolio using the highest ethical standards, while keeping things enjoyable for us and our business partners.

Tyler Caglia

Managing Partner

A graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Construction Management, Tyler has years of valuable experience in the real estate and construction industries. His career experience includes involvement in estimating, contract execution, and management of highly technical, accelerated construction contracts exceeding $150 million in value.

 

Outside of CVG, Tyler also has years of experience buying, managing, and selling out of state rental properties. He has extensive hands-on construction experience that allows him to fully understand rehab projects and what it takes to get the job done.

Also a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Construction Management, Mike has nearly two decades of valuable experience in the real estate and construction industries. His career experience includes involvement in estimating, contract execution, and management of highly technical, accelerated construction contracts. Mike also has years of management involvement on projects exceeding $1 billion in value.

 

Outside of CVG, Mike also has years of experience buying, managing, and selling rental properties, both locally and out of state. Mike has valuable experience self-performing rehab projects - from light touch-ups to full remodels back to the studs, he's seen it and done it himself.  His unique experience in real estate and construction makes him perfectly positioned to oversee the successful acquisition and operation of CVG Capital's multifamily assets.

A recent graduate of Boise State, JD has a BS in Applied Physics, with minors in Applied Mathematics and Material Science. His passion for learning and eagerness to explore new opportunities makes him well-suited for the demanding underwriter role. His attention to detail gives CVG an edge when analyzing a new property.

Mark is a seasoned real estate investor and founder of Think Multifamily. Over the past 20 years, he has purchased over 8,000 units in 7 different states. He specializes in value-add acquisitions and has purchased properties from 46% occupied to 98% occupied with renovations costs ranging from $2,000 to $20,000 per door. Mark is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in accounting. He also has extensive IT experience and has worked for various organizations including KPMG Consulting and HP.

Dugan Kelley

Strategic Advisor

Dugan P. Kelley co-founded Kelley Clarke, PC, which currently serves clients throughout the United States with its principal offices in Prosper, Texas and Santa Barbara, California. Dugan chairs the firm’s securities and real estate practice group, assisting clients in all phases of multi-family, commercial, and residential acquisitions or sales. Throughout Dugan's career, he has assisted clients in structuring real estate transactions in excess of $2 Billion.

 

Dugan is a best-selling author of Purpose, Passion & Profit and is a frequent speaker and lecturer at events.  He also serves on a number of non-profit Boards and has been a consistent voice on some of the top-rated real estate podcasts.

 

Dugan currently provides syndication and securities services for CVG Capital LLC, assisting with our acquisitions and sales. This includes services ranging from loan closings, real estate private equity capital raises, joint venture agreements, business acquisitions, and general commercial real estate services.
